Our History

P. S. Dolan Insurance Service was founded in 1891 by Patrick S. Dolan. For 32 years, the agency was

operated by Patrick. In July of 1923, Edward R. Long, (father of Alice Juliano), and Patrick S. Dolan, founder, incorporated P. S. Dolan Insurance Service, Inc., along with I. S. Kibrick and P. D. Morrison.

Eventually, Edward R. Long took over the agency until his death in March of 1960. At that time Mrs. Edward R. Long (Alice B. Fallon, mother of Alice J. Juliano), became the sole owner of P. S. Dolan Insurance Service, Inc. at the age of 58 and operated the agency for 27 years until her death in May 1987 at the age of 84.

In 1965, Donald J. Juliano, Mrs. Long's son-in-law, became associated with the agency.

In May of 1987, the agency was then passed to the present owner, Alice J. Juliano, the only child of Edward and Alice Long.

In 1988, the agency was passed on to Edward J. Juliano, the grandson of Alice Long.
